Our Policies
I understand that unexpected events and illnesses can occur, and strive to be as accommodating as possible. To balance your needs with my availability, I have established the following policies:
Cancelation Policy
More than 48 hours notice: No charge
48-24 hours notice: 50% of the appointment fee
Less than 24 hours notice: Full fee
If I am able to fill your appointment slot, there will be no charge. If you are not available when I visit, or do not attend a treatment session, you will be charged for the treatment.

Privacy Policy
We keep records of your care and treatment to ensure you receive the best possible care. These electronic records include:

Your health records are legally protected. They are stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel. Records are retained for 7 years after your last treatment.
